The Club has a full and active schedule of planned activity over the next four years, including both plenary meetings and thematic conferences and seminars.

The provisional programme for the next two semesters is the following:

2026

  • May – Seminar in Rome, focused on synergies in Communicating Europe: fostering young people and civil society engagement and triggering cooperation with scientific communities, 6-7 May
  • June – Plenary meeting in Madrid, 11-12 June
  • September – Seminar in Montenegro, focused on communicating the Western Balkans Agenda, [Reinforcing Cooperation in Countering FIMI] and strengthening relations between public communicators and the media sector, 10-11 September
  • October – Crisis communication seminar in London, 8-9 October
  • December – Plenary meeting of the 40th Anniversary of the Club of Venice, 10-11 December

2027

  • March – 10th Stratcom seminar in Croatia
  • April – Thematic seminar Relations between public communication and the media sector
  • June – Plenary meeting in Lithuania or Estonia
  • September/October – Crisis communication seminar in London
  • December – Plenary meeting in Venice

2028

  • March – 11th Stratcom seminar in Croatia
  • May/June – Plenary meeting in Lativia
  • September/October – Seminar on public diplomacy and country branding developments and analysis of public opinion trends
  • November/December – Plenary meeting in Venice
